DR. ALEX LINTON:

Dr. Alex grew up in West Chester, Pennsylvania where he learned to play football and basketball and enjoyed working out with his teammates. Dr. Alex’s first experience with Chiropractic was due to a neck injury he sustained in a football game. With pain shooting down his arm and inability to move his neck, he thought his season would be over. But with the help of Chiropractic care, he was out playing on the field the next week! This was a transformational experience for him as this started his journey in understanding the body and its complicated movements.

Over the years, he developed his passion for football as well as academics and eventually was able to play Collegiate Football at Wheaton College (IL) where he earned his Bachelor’s in Applied Health Sciences.

Unfortunately, he sustained a lower back injury during his freshman year at Wheaton, landing him in another chiropractic office. Previously, he was told by other healthcare professionals that he should retire from football and weightlifting, but with the help of his chiropractor, he was able to see his collegiate football career through to the end. This was another transformational experience, as it confirmed his passion to pursue Chiropractic care in order to help bring healing to others who desire to return to the activities they love.

After marrying his high-school sweetheart after college, he attended Parker University in Dallas, TX where he not only earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic, but also a Masters in Strength and Human Performance.

During Dr. Alex’s time in Chiropractic school, he was blessed to learn from and eventually intern with some of the highest-regarded chiropractors in the country. This allowed him to further sharpen his skills of functional movement assessments, as well as patient management.

In his spare time, Dr. Alex enjoys exercising, cooking for friends and family, eating at new restaurants, sitting around a campfire, hanging out with his dog Rhett, hunting, fishing, and watching all types of sports.

Dr. Alex is excited to help the people of DFW live their most fulfilling and adventurous lives through the education and execution of proper care which is individualized for each person’s health journey.
